In our experience when a Candidate registers with a Recruitment Consultancy / Agency they would much rather have a no nonsense approach and good quality communication, if Candidates are unsuitable for potential roles then they want to understand the reasons why in order for them to refine their thinking and suitability for other roles.
Because your career is without doubt one of the most important aspects of your life, it is important to deal with an organisation you can trust and communicate effectively with, to that end our recruitment process tends to proceed along the following lines:
- One of our Consultants will contact you to discuss your unique requirements in more detail they will ideally be in possession of your CV at this stage
- During this discussion we will gain a full understanding of your background and key skills and experience, as well as an understanding of your current and future requirements and where you currently stand in terms of ongoing interviews.
- At this stage we will give you a firm understanding of whether we have any specific opportunities that may be of interest and if applicable discuss these in more detail with you.
- If applicable we would then arrange to meet with you at a mutually convenient time and venue to give you as much detail as possible about any potential opportunities including feedback on all personalities involved (whenever possible), company structure, future opportunities, etc.
- We will give constant feedback throughout the entire recruitment process, including both positive and any negative feedback! (often a frustration for Candidates)
